After driving 1100 miles in 2 days was having an issue with a tire. They were able to fix it and have me going in less than 30 mins!!! Thank you so much!

The store opened ≈15-20 minutes late, with 4 customers waiting outside. During service to replace my pickup truck’s front axle seals, the technician had to leave unexpectedly for a personal emergency, which caused an additional delay I wasn’t informed about until afterwards. Prior to service I was not advised about the shop not having the proper tooling to verify gear mesh and backlash. I was advised to visit the dealership to have these things verified using the proper tooling. The service team was honest about the limitation and discounted my bill to make it right. Overall, the service was completed at a significantly lower cost than the dealership and the staff tried to remedy the inconveniences, but the delays and lack of communication kept it from being a smooth experience.

The advisor I worked with, Mack, was professional, knowledgeable and provided me all the information I needed to make a decision on the tires for my truck. He worked around my schedule to insure I received quick and responsive service. At the service center ALL of the technicians and customer service personnel were pro-active to get the job done and done correctly. I've had my tires from Hibdon for over fifteen years, and will continue buying from them in the future. Great service // Great personnel // Great experience.

I had an appointment for 4 new tires and an alignment at 12:00pm I got there at 11:40am and sat untill 3:30pm just got my car to drift to the left. They said it was the roads fault not. The alignment but they still checked it anyways and it was off on wheel adjustment but it did not fix the issue they said it was an issue with the rotation or balance of the tires as the pulling to the left is a tire issue. They did offer to address it but I needed to be at work at 3pm and I was already 4pm which I had let them know way before. And couldn’t be anymore late so will have to postpone for another day to see what they do about the tires. I’ll say they were doing their part in checking to make sure but for having my vehicle and me waiting in the lobby for 4 hours you’d think their wouldn’t be any issues. Update: got the tires rebalanced two of them were off I’m happy to say it fixed my issue and drives good now. But now my tpms light is on cause they damaged a sensor. Hard to say this place is worth it the prices are alright the wait is stupidly long and they do try to help her you taken care of but what good is that if I have to keep coming back to be fixed. Last update went back. Tpms

Great service , pulled in with a busted heater hose and they drove to go get part and get it replaced so I could get home 2 hrs away. The parts store ended up giving them the wrong one and nobody had one around so they made the other one work as a temp fix to get home. They also disputed my whole bill. I was able to get home with 2 hr drive no problem . Thanks for Louis for getting my car operating to get my family home. Couldn’t be more thankful
